Company history
 
The founder and owner, Alex Dail, has worked successful with diverse groups. He also has extensive experience instructing people ranging from children to adults. He brings to the facilalitation and consulting process an advanced education that helps him guide the decision process so the end product is the best possible decision. 
 
RightMoves was formed in 2008 after learning that few if any consulting firms were considering how psychological and social factors affect the quality leadership, team work, decision making and problem solving.
